» You can easily locate the CRP template and the Registration form directly from the conference website under the "Download" tab. Simply navigate to the "Download" section, and you'll find the necessary documents available for download.

How to complete the Conference registration process?

» To complete your registration for the International Conference, follow these steps: Pay the registration fees, mentioning your Name and Paper ID for reference. Fill and sign the registration form and the copyright form. Submit your Camera Ready Paper, Registration Form, and Payment Proof to the conference email id provided to finalize the registration process.

What is the maximum page limit we can submit within the registration fees, and do we need to pay any extra amount for extra pages?

»The standard registration fee covers the submission of a maximum of 8 pages of relevant materials. However, if your submission exceeds this limit, an additional charge of Rs. 1000/- per page will be applicable for each extra page beyond the initial 8 pages.

Can we add new authors or edit the title/content of the paper after the review process?

»Yes, you have the flexibility to make necessary changes to your final paper during the registration process to enhance its quality. This includes adding new authors or editing the title/content of the paper as needed.

What is the registration fee and do all authors need to pay it?

»The registration fee is Rs. 7000/-, and it is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register and make the full payment for the paper to appear in the Proceedings. The certificate will be issued to the registered author who made the payment. If all authors require certificates, one author must register with the full payment, and the rest of the authors must pay the co-author registration fee of Rs. 2500/- each.

Does the registration fee of Rs. 7000 include paper indexing in Scopus, or do authors need to pay extra for paper indexing?

»Yes, the registration fee of Rs. 7000 covers paper publication, paper indexing, and the issuance of certificates. Authors do not need to pay anything extra other than the registration fees for the paper to be indexed in Scopus.
